The Swedish Embassy in Tokyo was built in 1989-91. It is a nine-story high-rise building right in the attractive area of Shiroyama hills. Here is the embassy’s office, housing, office, conference facility, exhibition hall and recreation facility. It allows the property manager to easily check and optimize all technical and electrical components in the building. Heating, lighting and air conditioning are monitored via PLC and computer.
